Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request help with an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velyrawellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
